IT Helpdesk CSO
Job Type : 1 Yr Contract Renewable
Location : Tampines
Salary : $1,700 – $2,000 + Allowance
Working Hours : 24/7, 42 hours/week
Job Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT or related field
• Possessed good communication and written skills in English
• 1 year of call centre or customer service experience will be ideal
• Those with ADSL Experience will be advantageous
• Preferred with CCNA Certification
• MS Office Literate (Word, Excel, Access)
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st level of IT Support to caller
• Handles customers enquiries and feedbacks
• Follow up with customers enquiries
