INSURANCE FOR DISTRICT OFFICE AND OTHERS ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDINGS AS DISTRICT PROPERTY OF KIREHE DISTRICT 

1. The KIREHE DISTRICT (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) through its ordinary 2019 -2020 budget, The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.

1. The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Eight thousand nine hundred Rwandan francs ( 8900 )Rwandan francs paid to the account of Rwanda revenue authority opened at any commercial bank. The amount for tender documents are paid on account N° 574380614910173 in BPR (RRA DISTRICT KIREHE and, 00040-00636231-41 in BK (RRA DECENTRALIZED TAXES KIREHE

1. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 29/05/2020 at 10:30 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 11:30 am, local time.

1. A mandatory site visit scheduled on 15/05/2020 will be conducted by representatives of Kirehe District. The appointment is set for the start at 10:00 am local time at the Office of Kirehe District.
2. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
3. A bid must be accompanied by Declaration of Commitment as required by the law
4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement
