Gildon was born in Daveyton “Benoni” then moved to Springs in 2004 and in 2005 started going to pre-school. Gildon grew up without his mother, he was raised by different mother’s.
He started to do music 2013 when he was 14 years old cause he was inspired by an American Rapper “Tyler, The CreatorTyler, The Creator The Creator and Gildon also formed a group of rappers called “Wolf Gang” at that time.
In 2015 he dropped out at school after steeling his father’s car and ge took the car to school without a driver’s license, then he got kicked out of the house too by his father after steeling the car. He went homeless and started to look for a job.
He later on rented a room back in Daveyton, and while he was working he was also focusing in his music too. He started getting recognized by Americans cause always shared his music there and cause of the type of music he was doing.
Now Gildon is doing the most in South Africa, America, Mozambique, Nigeria, Brazil etc… He now have his own record label called “Wolf Records / Wolf Music Group” and the label is partnerd with Universal music and he have 13 artists under his label.
He don’t even have a music video but he’s doing the most on the streaming platforms like Apple Music & Spotify.
He recently signed a record deal with Universal Music Group.
