Our client’s product portfolio includes PV systems, Hot water systems, Power back up systems, Wind energy systems, Solar mobile chargers, among others.
Responsibilities
• Conduct one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• Assists Sales Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• General Management and administration of Targets
• Sale of Solar Products
• Supervision of Staff
• Policies Strategy formulation and implementation
• Market Research
• Bottom line improvement
Qualification
MBA OR BCOM in the following fields
• Marketing
• Economics
• Sales
Over 5 years experience
