Pharmacist – Full-time


As a Pharmacist you will be responsible for providing medication distribution, drug information and education services to patients and staff in a traditional dispensing system. You will be involved in interacting with other interprofessional team members and patients to determine the most appropriate and effective course of treatment for patients and implement interventions in accordance with the standards of practice for the discipline.

Candidates must possess a Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy and be licensed to practice with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. You must demonstrate excellent oral and written English communication skills along with a proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Previous related experience in a hospital setting is required and membership with the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) is preferred.
