• Reporting to the Managing Director, the position requires a young and dynamic person with high integrity.
• The person will be expected to perform a variety of Administrative, Human Resources and Secretarial Services which are highly sensitive and confidential.
• Co-ordinate Office Logistics, procurement services and supervision of support Staff.
• The person who will be working in a challenging environment will also be expected to handle situations with tact and diplomacy, be able to prioritise a busy work-load and deliver work on a timely basis.
• Must have capability to organize both Management and Board Meetings with ability to prepare Documents and Minutes.
• Act as the liaison Officer between Nairobi Office and the UK Office as well as the Offices outside Nairobi.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and a team player who interacts well with others and must be able to multi-task.
• Perform any other duties that will be summarised in the job description on appointment as well as any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Services/ Business Administration or Social Sciences from any recognized University.
• Proficient in IT Skills with thorough knowledge of Computer packages such as MS Word, Excel, Access and Power-point
• At least three to five years experience in a similar position.
• Not more than 32 years of age.”
