Responsibilities:
Professionally assisting the customers, following up with enquires and request
Provide accurate summary of order demands trends and highlight to management on favorable/ unfavorable requiring action and target changes
Communicate with internal source sites to coordinate order related activities that will best suit client’s requirements
Escalates reoccurring or emerging issues to the appropriate channels
Liaison between sales team and operation staff
Maintain documentation of client’s account, transactions and related data
Requirements:
Excellent analytical, writing, interpersonal and communications skills
Proven track record in Customer Relations Management
Highly developed ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Meticulous, positive and good work attitude
Ability to multi-task and posses strong organization skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin
