Job scope
• manage correspondence, reports and documents
• organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
• take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
• maintain schedules and arrange appointments
• general admin duties
• organize and execute events
• handle incoming mails and phone calls
• liaison with internal and external contacts
Requirement
• min diploma holder/A’levels
• minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• good communication skills
• able to handle stress
