Commercial Assistant

Responsibilities:
* The Commercial Assistant reports to the Regional Director Finance & Controlling. The candidate manages order processing for all supply contracts and orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
* Evaluate the commercial, financial and risk aspects and compliances for Supply Contracts and Orders.
* Order verification and administration into the SAP system.
* Order management, co-ordination and follow-up of orders status and committed delivery schedules.
* Monitor and update the project team of the contract requirements and compliance.
* Acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors.
* Provide cross country business support for our Asia Pacific business units.
* Involve in documentation management
* Perform ad-hoc and administrative duties as and when required.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Finance/Business Studies
* Minimum 2-3 years of Order-Processing experience
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes Email required.
* Experience in using SAP is an advantage.
* Proactive and possess a Can-Do Attitude
