Former BBNaija housemate Tacha’s disqualification has continued to stir responses as ace comedian, Ay Makun believes that such efforts are required if the nation is to make progress.
As celebrities and supporters keep airing their ideas about her departure from the house, Tacha has been trending on social media, while some have been jubilant.
The comedian in a post on his Instagram handle criticized how much energy Nigerians are using to display backing for the housemates in his response.
Ay said: “I have a dream Nigerian would be a better place if only we can transfer energy given to a reality show to our existing realities.”
He also shared his opinion on the disqualification.
AY said: “But that part where they now had to throw her [Tacha] out is the part that I do not support. Not like I support violence but it was quite subtle. It was just a pull like ‘get your hair off my face’ kind of attitude.” The comedian spoke further that Mercy attempted the real violence when she picked an object to attack Tacha with. He said: “Mercy attempted grabbing a bottle or something to use on her before the boys came in.”
Recall that singer Zlatan Ibile dropped a dissection track to create Tacha mockery soon after being disqualified on Friday, September 27.
Also, Mr. P of the former Psquare music group was a die-hard supporter of the Port Harcourt first daughter as he promised her endorsement contract and a sum of N60 million if she did not win the 2019 edition.
But, after Tacha’s departure from the house, Mr. P declined making such a statement.
