Fédération Rwandaise de Football Association (FERWAFA) hereby invites qualified and specialized companies to bid for tenders mentioned in the table below:

Time and date of bids submission and opening: 29/04/2022 at 10:00 am local time to 10:30 am local time
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day at FERWAFA Head quarters, in Procurement Office P.O. Box. 2000 Kigali, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account number 100001281075 of Rwanda Football Federation at the Bank of Kigali.
Well-presented bids, properly bound in sealed envelopes and presented in 3 copies, one original and two copies, with the title and reference number of the tender must reach the FERWAFA/Procurement Office at the address mentioned above not later than 29th April2022 and at the hour mentioned above (local time). Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the FERWAFA conference room.
