Working closely with a highly rated partner, you will be encouraged to take
responsibility for transactions and deal directly with clients as you make you
mark with the firm’s support. Acting for both borrowers and lenders, you will
be able to work on a diverse range of transactions including derivatives,
securities, structured finance and advising on the financial structures of transactions.
This rare role will appeal to overseas lawyers returning and looking for a role
with a difference, local lawyers who would like the chance to take a more
active role in transactions and stand out from the pack and other quality
finance lawyers who like the chance to work broadly and closely with clients.
The client base is blue-chip and includes local and global banks and
corporates.
