Portfolio of 150 (approx.) properties with the
following main duties;

- Routine Inspections
- Bond Inspections and disposals
- Rent arrears instructions to Termination
- Terminations and Court hearings/Negotiations
- Liasing with Landlords for Repairs and
Maintenance over authorised expenditure limit - Insurance claims
- Rent reviews and Lease renewal negotiations
- Viewings
- Liasing with Landlords over applications
- Lease sign ups
- Property Condition Reports
