Our client a market leader in manufacturing highly
engineered products including compressors, blowers, liquid ring pumps and fluid
transfer products is seeking a strong business manager to drive their after
market division across multiple branches in NSW.

In this role you will ultimately lead & develop
approximately 25 staff through direct and remote management with the greater
portion being technical. Your role will encompass the business
development of after market products as well as key account management of
some of their biggest clients in addition to your management responsibilities.

To succeed in this role you will need to have a
proven background in a similar role or technical sales management experience, a
trade or engineering qualification will be an advantage as would any experience
with hydraulics or pneumatics. In addition you will also need a good head
for business, strong leadership skills and the drive and energy to expand your
territory.
