Toowoomba’s new and up’n’coming family Italian
restaurant (200 + seating) seeks talented chef or cook to join their growing
kitchen team. Open 6 days a week inc nights – the restaurant is closed Sundays
and public holidays with the exception function bookings. The successful
applicant will possess :- Excellent communication skills; Be able to work
alongside the head chef, kitchen staff and owners to grow this business. Have
prior experience in high volume restaurants. Be able to lead a team if necessary.
Prior experience in a kitchen management position would be favourable. Be
willing to make a meaningful contribution to the success of the business. Have
prior experience in following kitchen systems – haccp, ordering etc. For the
right person this position represents
