This hands-on role
involv
es the effective management of a team of field representatives in several
states supported by an internal call centre team. Online sales are a key
component of the marketing mix.
In addition to the
regular responsibilities of sales management – resources, training, planning,
mentoring, budgeting and so on, you will lead by example by managing and
developing a number of major clients. This calls for well-developed skills and
experience in sales and in managing sales teams, a commitment to meeting
objectives and deadlines, excellent communication and negotiation skills, all
combined in a single-minded drive to success.
