work in our busy Civic Real Estate Office.

This full time position requires a friendly outgoing person who can provide
excellent customer service to our client

s, and high level administration
support to our award winning sales team. Hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to
Friday.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

  Minimum 2yrs Reception/Administration
experiences required
  High level of enthusiasm and accountability
  Ability to work in a team environment as well
as un-supervised
  Excellent written and verbal communication
  Be reliable and neatly presented
  Be proficient in Microsoft computer
applications
  Possess a minimum typing speed of 40 words
per minute
  Have a smile in your voice
