Group is seeking to appoint
a motivated, dynamic and professional individual in the role of Area Manager in
VIC.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the
purpose of this role is to provide leadership and operational direction to
centres within an area to ensure they operate in accordance with the Company’s
Visions and Philosophy.

The key
responsibilities of this pivotal role are:
- Ensuring
all centres are compliant with all regulatory requirements; - Implementing
and monitoring of centre policies and procedures; - Developing
centre leadership; - Proactively
leading a team and providing regular coaching opportunities related to
business acumen and the childcare profession; - Overseeing
and supporting Nominated Supervisors with performance management; - Monitoring
and supporting Educators, Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisors
around the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework; - Managing
customer queries; - Monitoring
of maintenance; and - Networking
with legislative bodies.

You will possess a
sound knowledge of:
- Childcare
software – Qikkids and CCMS; - Microsoft
Office suite, including MS Word and Excel, at a proficient level; - Children
(Education and Care Services National Law) Act 2011; - Education
and Care Services National Regulations 2011; - Business
and Financial knowledge - Australian
Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
Essential
- Minimum
five (5) years’ experience in a Childcare Management role; - A
current Working with Children Check or - Working
with Children Card or - Working
with Vulnerable People Check or - Willingness
and ability to travel.
Desirable
- Diploma
in Children’s Services (or higher); - Knowledge
of the Children’s Services Regulations; - Business
Management Qualification.
To be successful in
