join our International Marketing team – China, Taiwan, Korea, to recruit
quality students and continue their long standing relationships with agents
both in Australia and overseas.

The Role:
Reporting
directly to the CEO the role will require Marketing Officers to grow
international student enrolments, on and off shore, for the China, Korea and
Taiwanese market. Knowledge of other regions is also an advantage.

About you:
- A
well networked individual with current knowledge of the international
student recruitment market to lead, develop and drive strategies designed
to strengthen and achieve TMG College’s international student recruitment
target for your region.
- Large
network of onshore and offshore education agents plus other recruitment
channels for the China and Korea and Taiwan market.
- You
exercise initiative and a degree of autonomy to achieve your stated goals
- Meet
agreed marketing targets as set with the Management.
- Your
experience means consistent accurate and timely completion of all
documentation.
- You
provide a high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction of TMG
College’s clients.
- You
act in a professional manner at all times.
To gain an interview for this role you
must have the following:
must have the following:
- Previous
Marketing experience (China, Taiwan, Korean or one of the three markets)
within the education sector. - Fluent
in both Chinese and English. Exceptional reading and writing in both
languages.
- At
least 5 years’ experience working with the international
education sector. - Extensive
knowledge of the VET Quality Framework, CRICOS, ELICOS and ASQA
regulations.
- Highly
effective communication skills, including highly developed written
communication
- Experience
working in a Private College or TAFE in the International Student
Department
- Demonstrated
track record of developing marketing plan and marketing strategy in terms
of promotions of courses to international students
- Autonomous
self-starter, using your marketing and networking skills to grow student
enrolments
- Demonstrate
contacts with local and overseas agents via email, telephone and visits.
- Assist
walk-in students for course information & enrolments
- Build
a comprehensive database for use to market courses and events.
