The Government of Rwanda in 2000 adopted the Vision 2020 with the primary objective of transforming Rwanda into a middle-income country by the year 2020. Vision 2020 is being implemented through the medium term planning framework that began in 2002 with the first Poverty Reduction Strategic Plan (PRSP I)
in 2002. This has since been followed by the Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy (EDPRS) which covered the period of 2008-2012. As a follow-up to this, the GoR is now embarking on the preparation of the Second Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy (EDPRS 2) which will be implemented from 2013/14 to 2017/18.

It is in line with the above that MINECOFIN intends to recruit qualified and competent candidates to fill the following position :
1. District EDPRS Facilitators (31) to all Districts and Kigali City
Applicants for the above positions should fill the application forms available at MINECOFIN Reception accompanied by a detailed CV, a photocopy of the required degree and a copy of the Identity card.
