I. HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal
audit plan and strategy of internal controls in compliance with applicable
laws, regulations and Company policies & procedures, - Carry out risk based audit activities,
- Produce timely reports for management and Board
Committees, - Identify control weaknesses and formulate
strategies to mitigate identified risks, - Ensure adequate internal controls for financial
and operations procedures, - Research and adopt industry best practices for
improved internal controls, - Ensure the existence and adequacy of financial
policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems, - Develop, implement, monitor and maintain
policies, processes and tools required for proper and accurate financial
reporting, - Put in place systems, processes, policies and
procedures for reliable financial reporting and detection & prevention
of fraudulent activities.
Qualification and Experience
- Professional qualification (CPA, CIA, ACCA, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years relevant professional
experience in audits and financial services and accounts
Others
- Good communication skills, oral and written (In
English and/or French), - Ability to relate excellently at all levels of
the organization, - High level of Integrity and Sound technical
skills.
2. PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the overall procurement function of
the company, - Formulate and Implement procurement strategy,
policies and plan in line with acceptable practice, - Work with the Tender committee on tender
procedures, publishing of contract notices, drafting and issue of tender document,
evaluation of tender submissions, award of contract and contract
management, - Communicate the procurement policy strategy and
procedures to all areas of the organization, - Ensure that tender process comply with set
procedures and are delivered within budget and timescales, - Achieve Corporate efficiency savings through more
effective supplier arrangement, - Ensure continuous improvement in the procurement
function by monitoring and measuring progress against key performance
indicators, - Build stronger relationship with internal
customer to effectively manage their needs, - Support preparation of briefs and reports for
Executive Management reviews including potential issues /risks and
recommendations, - Undertake other tasks commensurate with the
position as directed by management.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance or related
field - Diploma of Charted Institute of Purchase &
Supply (CIPS) or a certificate for a completed course in Supply Chain
Management Professional (SCMP) - Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
in a Corporate Organization, - Personal integrity, excellent written and oral
communication skills (In English and/or French).
