I.
The Workforce Development Authority (hereinafter called “Client”)
funded by the Government of Rwanda towards the cost of the Supply of Different
Examination Materials. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to
eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

The Workforce Development Authority invites qualified bidders to submit bids
for the supply of Supply of Different Examination Materials as indicated in
detail in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Documents in both French and English may be obtained from Workforce
Development Authority l-ieadquarters upon presentation of proof payment of a
non-refundable fee of Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Rwandan Francs (8,500Rwf) to
Account N° 120.00.46 of RRA opened in. the National Bank of Rwanda.

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of One Million, Five Hundred Thousand
