Chief of Party – Youth Employment in Rwanda
Winrock International is recruiting applications for a Chief of Party (COP) to
direct a multi-million dollar youth employment and entrepreneurship program in
Rwanda. Strong candidates will have a solid combination of senior management
experience (financial, staff, and programmatic), good technical understanding
of youth workforce readiness pro

grams and entrepreneurship trainings and
experience working in Rwanda and/or Central/East Africa. Ideally the COP will
have previous experience managing a USAID-funded project. As a Director, the
COP will fulfill the goals of the program within the context of Winrock as a
mission-driven organization. Based in Rwanda. 10 years’ experience and advanced
degree. Fluency in English required; proficiency in French or Kinyarwanda
strongly preferred.

Director of Finance & Administration – Youth Employment in Rwanda
Winrock International is recruiting applications for a Director of Finance
& Administration for a multi-million dollar youth employment and
entrepreneurship program in Rwanda. Strong candidates will have demonstrated
experience in overseeing the financial, accounting, and administration
components of large-scale projects. The Director will be responsible for
developing procedures for monitoring and analyzing project budgets, and ensure
consistency with Winrock operating procedures and policies. Applicants should
have a good technical understanding of youth workforce readiness programs and
entrepreneurship trainings and experience working in Rwanda and/or Central/East
Africa. Previous experience working on a USAID-funded project is preferred. The
Director will help to fulfill the goals of the program within the context of
Winrock as a mission-driven organization. Based in Rwanda. 12 years’ experience
and advanced degree. Fluency in English.

Specialist, Monitoring and Evaluation (Rwanda)
Winrock International is recruiting applications for a multi-million dollar
youth employment and entrepreneurship program in Rwanda. The M&E Specialist
will have strong technical experience in designing and implementing M&E
activities and data reporting requirements for large-scale projects in Rwanda
and/or Central/East Africa. Applicants should have a good technical
understanding of youth workforce readiness programs and entrepreneurship
trainings. Previous experience working on a USAID-funded project is preferred.
The Specialist will help to fulfill the goals of the program within the context
of Winrock as a mission-driven organization. Based in Rwanda. 5 years’
experience and relevant education; familiarity with database and statistical
applications such as SPSS, SAS, or STATA. Fluency in English.

Specialist, Youth Employment and Livelihoods (Rwanda)
Winrock International is recruiting applications for a multi-million dollar
youth employment and entrepreneurship program in Rwanda. The Youth Employment
and Livelihoods Specialist will have strong technical experience in workforce
readiness trainings, youth entrepreneurship, and connecting youth to current
employment activities in Rwanda. Expertise in curriculum development or
training is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a good technical
understanding of youth workforce readiness issues and strategies, particularly
in Rwanda or Central/East Africa. Previous experience working on a USAID-funded
project is preferred. The Specialist will help to fulfill the goals of the
program within the context of Winrock as a mission-driven organization. Based
in Rwanda. 4 years’ experience and relevant education. Fluency in English;
proficiency in French/Kinyarwanda is preferred.
