would like to recruit a Human Resources Officer. Below are the Responsibilities
and Job Requirements the deadline for the application is on December

Responsibilities:
  1. Identifies
    and monitors the organization’s culture so
    that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction
    .
  2. Ensure
    and advocate for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  3. Lead
    recruitment and staffing planning and implementation
  4. Ensure
    employee onboarding,
    development, needs assessment, and training
  5. Establish
    and administer performance management
    and improvement systems
  6. Ensure
    employment and compliance to government regulations and requirements under
    quality management systems
  7. Development, document and communicate policy;
  8. Ensure
    good employee relations, services and counseling
  9. Facilitate
    company-wide committee,
  10. Ensure
    company employee and community communication
  11. Administer
    compensation and benefits
  12. Organize
    community service and community oriented events
Job
Requirements:
  1. Individual
    with entrepreneurial spirit
  2. 2
    minimum experience in similar role
  3. High
    school diploma required bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar
    preferred
  4. Knowledge
    and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment , employee
    relations required; organizational planning, organization development,
    safety, employee engagement,
    and employee development
    preferred
  5. Outstanding
    interpersonal relationship building and employee
    coaching skills
  6. Experience
    in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other
    Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes
  7. Excellent
    organizational skills
  8. Excellent
    computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge
    of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
    preferred
  9. Excellent
    written and spoken communication skills
    with all levels of employees
  10. Fluent
    in spoken and written English, and Kinyarwanda or French
