INVITATION TO TENDER No 013 T.USC/2021/USACCO
UMWALIMU SACCO (Savings and Credit Cooperative for Rwandan Teachers) hereby invites eligible bidders with proven capabilities and experience registered in Rwanda; to submit their bids to the tender for the construction of office partitions, strong rooms, Server room, and filing system at UMWALIMU SACCO Gisagara Branch.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 frw [Ten thousand Rwandan Francs] deposited to the account no 010-5008448-01-86 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened I & M bank.
A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on 09/06/2022 at 11:00 am at Gisagara near the District location and will be conducted by a Representative of UMWALIMU SACCO.
Well, detailed bids containing one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “construction of office partitions, strong room, Server room and filing system at UMWALIMU SACCO Gisagara Branch “must be delivered to the address below in the Secretariat office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director-General, P.O box 2257 Kigali, Street No KG205st, E-mail: umwalimu.sacco@umwalimusacco.rw, Tel:+( 250)02525804 at or before 10:00 AM Local time on 20/06/2022. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in UMWALIMU SACCO meeting room in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
