TITLE: EXTENSION WORKS OF DUHAMIC-ADRI OFFICE

DUHAMIC-ADRI “hereby invites national tenders for “EXTENSION WORKS OF DUHAMIC-ADRI OFFICE” located in Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field of Construction works with a valid trading license.
The Tender Document may be obtained during working hours from DUHAMIC-ADRI’s Secretariat located in Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) deposited to the Account Number 00040-00296399-97/RWF of DUHAMIC-ADRI opened in Bank of Kigali.
A compulsory site visit will be conducted by the Representatives of bidding companies/enterprises and DUHAMIC-ADRI staff team. This field visit is scheduled to take place Friday on the 20th of May 2022 at DUHAMIC-ADRI Office located in Kicukiro District at 10:00AM.
Well prepared bids written in English language and properly bound presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy should reach DUHAMIC-ADRI Head office located in Niboye Sector, Kicukiro District in well-sealed envelope at the latest Friday on May 27th, 2022 at 11:00AM. Late bids will not be received.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:30AM DUHAMIC-ADRI conference-room.
