Title : CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE TRAINING OF “ABUNZI” IN RUHANGO DISTRICT ON CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND MEDIATION TECHNIQUES

- Hagurukais a Rwandan non-governmental organization registered under Rwandan Law since 1991. The mission of the organization is to “protect and defend the rights of women and children through empowering them to reclaim their rights through access to justice across the country via Haguruka premises established in all provinces.
In line with government efforts to enforce the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) approach designed to empower parties in conflict to resolve their disputes amicably, HAGURUKA is set to capacitate Abunzi in the Ruhango district by organizing training sessions to sharpen them with in-depth skills on conflict resolution in and mediation techniques, key laws, and gender equality related concepts. The overall objective is to maintain social cohesion between parties and mitigate the number of cases lodged in courts as well as cutting the price of court procedures.
- Haguruka invites interested bidders (preferably a team of facilitators/trainers) to submit bids for “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE TRAINING OF ABUNZI IN RUHANGO ON CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND MEDIATION TECHNIQUES
- The details pertaining to the bid will be found in the Tender Documents to be obtained from Haguruka’s Head Offices Located in KIMIRONKO during working days from Thursday, 5th May 2022, between 8.00 am-5.00 pm.
- Be informed that tender documents will be accessed after the presentation of payment proof of 10,000 frw non-refundable fees to Account No: 00040-00203052-64 registered in the name: ASSOCIATION HAGURUKA /FONDS HAGURUKA opened in BANK OF KIGALI.
- Visible printed technical and financials bids-, properly bound and presented in two copies one being the original must be submitted not later than 9th May 2022 at 12:30 PM, local time.
- The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference, title and be marked as ″Do not open except in the public session of 9th May 2022 at 13:00 PM, local time”
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with article 5, “Competitive Procurement Process’’, Section 5.3, in Haguruka’s Procurement Policy.
