DUHAMIC-ADRI is looking for interested consultants or firms working in Rwanda for conducting a final evaluation of DUHAMIC-ADRI Strategic Plan (2018-2022) and developing a new one for a period from 2023 to 2027.

The submission of bids will be done physically at DUHAMIC-ADRI Head offices located in Kicukiro District, Niboyi Sector, KK 338 ST 21 on by May 20th, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
Official opening session will take place at: DUHAMIC-ADRI Head office, Kicukiro District, Niboyi Sector, KK 338 ST 21 on May 20th, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
Notice:
- Offers deposited with delay will not be accepted
- Inconsistent offers will be rejected from bid analysis
- Only successful bidders will be notified and DUHAMIC-ADRI reserves the right to reject any of the bids with the cost beyond the limits of available resources
