Candida’s Place was born out of an identified need for professionalized, comfortable, high quality, functional accommodation in a secure environment for people on business and private trips to Lagos. It also serves for families on holidays. It is an ideal place for a family on holiday.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide very decent, affordable “home away from home” accommodation of 4-5 stars grade in a secured, quiet, location for business executives on duty trips and families on holidays. Key facilities found in a 4-5 star hotel and in addition, the option of self-catering will be provided but without the high cost, noise and grandiose nature of a 4-5 star hotel. We take the stress of housekeeping and management off you for next to nothing. A memorable stay is guaranteed.

Catering
The Apartments are designed as self-catering but there is a central catering facility for anyone who wishes to patronize at moderate costs.
The company has an experienced cook ably assisted by the core of housekeepers and meals can be prepared by the kitchen on order. Continental meals, Local meals and limited Chinese Cuisine can be offered.
Meals can be ordered from the kitchen and served in the apartments at no extra charge.

The Apartments have all entries secured and fitted with the world acclaimed Swiss Trade Security Shatter-Proof Doors to ensure safety within the apartments. All windows are barred with iron grills. All doors within are fitted with strong wooden doors with Italian locks.
The premises are guarded by Kings Guard Security Company, one of the leading security companies in Nigeria. The company offers on and off site support in emergency. The premises have a robust closed circuit television (CCTV) service, which records as well as projects goings on within and a considerable extent around the building 24/7.
The residential estate has a well linked and efficient neighborhood security system and being situated in a close, gives additional cover to the property. There are neighborhood security posts on all entries & exits and side roads to the close on which the property is situated. This arrangement provides additional gains to the security of Candida’s Place.

Candida’s Place offers a moderately sized Swimming Pool for guests to unwind after a long hectic day.
Most bedrooms overlook the luxurious soothing swimming pool, pool side terrace and an enclosed green area that gives a touch of class and nature. This court yard offers guests captivating ambience to lounge, eat and relax.
