TITLE: SUPPLY OF MATERIAL FOR ELECTRICITY AND PLUMBING
NUMBER: AS PER E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
Ruhango Provincial Hospital invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of Material for Electricity and Plumbing as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from e-procurement system (umucyo.gov.rw). All bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Eight thousand eight hundred Rwandan francs (8 800Rwf) to one account of Rwanda Revenue Authority opened in any commercial bank. Bid Security is not required.
The tender is composed by two lots:
Supply of material for electricity
Supply of material for plumbing
Enquiries regarding this tender may be written using e-procurement system 15 days before the fixed deadline for submission of bids.
All bids must be submitted not later than 3rd June 2020 at 10:00 a.m. local time using e-procurement system. Late bids will be rejected by the system. Bids will be opened the same day, 3rd June 2020 at 10:30 a.m. local time, by the system.
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the date of opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a declaration of commitment to respect competition procedures.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing Public Procurement.
