Job Title: Grants Manager Reports to : Director Finance
Duty station: COE MulagoKey result areas:
– Develop and maintain a system of managing sub-grants to sub-grantees and ensure effective implementation of Baylor-Uganda’s Programs within the regions of operation in accordance with the existing sub-grant policy framework.
– Coordinate the grants activities at district level with the grants officers and the officials of the implementation partners.
– Ensure utilization of approved templates in providing sub-agreements to sub grantees including all relevant terms and conditions.
– Manage the close out process on each sub agreements both at COE and the district level.
– Make regular visits to the regional offices to conduct on-the-sight assessment of the granting process.

Minimum qualifications:
– A fist degree in B.Com majoring in Accounting or Finance.
– A post graduate qualification is an added advantage.
– 3-5 years of work experience in working with door contracts, working in sub regions.
