Industrial/Maintenance Electrician ~ Mississauga
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will provide electrical maintenance to the company plant equipment. A working knowledge of PLC’s, instrumentation, motors & motor controls, relays, and transformers is required, as well as related maintenance and repair practices. A valid Electrical Certificate of
Qualification (309A or 442A) and a valid driver’s licence are also required.
This position requires understanding and commitment to the team effort, flexibility, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Knowledge of mathematics, as well as verbal and written communications skills at the trade journeyman level are required. You must also be safety minded and have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar industry. Located in the Oakville/ Mississauga area, this unionized position provides a competitive salary and benefit package. Shift work will be required for this position.
