Our client is one of the world’s most successful global manufacturers of products catered across the various industries. In view of a surge in demand within the APAC region and aggressive acquisition of new business lines under their custody, the company is looking to augment their finance resource and capability in the region to support its business initiatives and new strategic vision. As such, they are looking to recruit a new position as Senior Credit Manager, APAC at their Global Hub here in Singapore.
Senior Credit Manager, APAC (New Role)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer based in the USA, the incumbent will head the credit team for APAC as the first focal point. Key responsibilities include setting up, overseeing & coordinating credit management activities, governance & policy guidance for the region. Partnering with the various Business Unit heads and strategic finance management in evaluating & providing credit risk management support for profitable growth will be fundamental. This support will enable the region to generate continued growth through effective management of exposures & liquidity.

Requirements:
To qualify individuals must possess:
* Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Business Management and ACCA / CPA / CA equivalent qualification
* Demonstrable & proven track record of regional APAC credit management experience, ideally from a manufacturing/distribution MNC
* 8 – 10 years in total of experience, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial capacity
* Commercially Savvy Individual with Strong Analytical Skills essential
* Strong SAP and Oracle based data warehousing working knowledge
* First class communication, people and influencing skills and good project management
