Client Servicing Executive (Foreign Bank)

Responsibilities
The Client Servicing Executive will play a proactive role in client canvassing, client advocating and problem resolution to improve the whole client experience. You will also be managing the full lifecycle of sales process through cross-selling the Bank’s consumer banking products; through identifying and initiating new sales opportunities by prospecting new clients and leveraging off existing client relationships, sales presentations and contract negotiations.

Requirement
• Diploma or Degree holder with at least 2 years of direct experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and written).
• Strong management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, monitor, influence and negotiate.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including maturity, sound judgment, teamwork orientation and sensitivity to deal with confidential business, human resource and client-related issues.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply for our Client Servicing Trainee Program.
