The Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSoM) is an integral member of the National University Health System (NUHS). Dedicated to creating synergies to advance NUHS’ tripartite mission of excellence in clinical care, translational clinical research and education, its Deanary invites suitably qualified candidates for the post of:

Deputy Director, Relations
You will work collaboratively with Education and Academic Affairs divisions to identify and establish strategies to engage key medical institutions for the exchange of talented students and staff enhancing the diversity and quality of our student and staff base and also providing opportunities for our medical students/staff to choose these partners for student electives and staff exchange programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand marketing strategy working collaboratively with stakeholders in NUS, NUHS and in SoM.
• Spearhead projects, conceptualise and manage events.
• Collate and analyse data to evaluate school’s brand performance, tracking of competitors’ activities and be well attuned to industry trends.
• Oversee the quality of all in-house collateral and website to ensure branding consistency.
• Work closely with NUHS Communications and Development Office (CDO) and NUS Office of Corporate Relations (OCR) to strategise and develop media planning to ensure maximum exposure and effectiveness of all branding campaigns.
• Cultivating partnership’s with all stakeholders (current/prospective Students, Alumni, Faculty, Staff, Parents of current/prospective students, Partners in Education at the various hospitals/across the globe, Partners in Research across the globe).
• Exploring opportunities for top students/staff in universities with an international reputation.

Requirements
• Degree in Marketing
• Min 8 years of relevant marketing experience with an emphasis on youth segment. Knowledge of Singapore tertiary education sector would be preferred.
• Proved track record in developing and implementing marketing campaigns especially to youth segment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
• Competency in Mandarin would be advantageous
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong presentation, project management and brand development skills are essential
• Effective in achieving results through individual and cross team efforts with the ability to multi-task
• Strong in-depth knowledge of online marketing
