PROJECT MANAGER
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for initiating, planning, coordinating and managing projects
• Involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation review to construction
• Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
• Knowledgeable about authorities’ approvals and to work with consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances
• Lead, manage and coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and site team to deliver results
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or Building Sciences with 10 years’ relevant experience in residential and commercial projects
• Work experience in master planning of mixed-use projects, project planning, development management, feasibility studies and cost control
• Good understanding of design, detailing, building regulations and the project implementation process is essential
• Ability to understand from a commercial perspective would be an advantage
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Track record in assuming overall responsibility for several projects at a time
• Experience in Luxurious property project is an advantage
