Al-Hidayah Group of Companies Executive – Credit Control (Sale Admin.) Job Vacancy in Kuala Lumpur

A well diversified Group of Companies with local and overseas operations in property development, turnkey construction, financial services and trading is fast expanding and looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:

EXECUTIVE – CREDIT CONTROL (SALE ADMIN.)
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
• Executing credit control process for all property development projects
• Executing all documentation for loan disbursement between the company, property buyer and financier are in order
• Ensuring the Sales and Purchase Agreement and revocation (if any) are in order
• Safekeeping master and individual title for property
• Safekeeping of the property keys for Vacant possession (VP)
• Executing the VP process
• Liaise with buyer, lawyer and financiers for collection purpose
• Liaise with lawyers and authorities for application of consent to transfer and to charge
• Ensuring all claims and LAD (Liquidated Ascertained Damages) charges to the buyer are accurate and according to S&P’s provisions
• Monitoring the issuance of claims and statement to property buyers
• Ensuring the company assessment and quit rent are paid on time and to keep proper record on the transaction
• Produce credit control monitoring report and target
• Ensure customers are within the credit limit or at comfortable level approved by management
• Safekeeping of the buyers’ file
• Ensuring the buyers’ file are file and properly recorded
• Safekeeping of the cash and cheques collect from the buyers before handover to accounts and finance for bank in
• Other assignment as and when instructed by management

Requirements:
• A recognized Degree/Diploma in Accountancy / Finance / Economic / Accountancy / Banking or related discipline.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in property development company
• Able to work independently and a highly motivated personality.
• Team player, articulate, creative and performance driven
• Strong interpersonal communication, leadership and management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and IFCA System
• Well-organized, self-starter and detail oriented person who is able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
