M&E
Manager / M&E Coordinator, Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Our client is one of the largest developers in China.
They are currently looking for a M&E Manager/ M&E Coordinator in
terms of design to join their mega township (including mixed
development, shopping mall, residential, hotel and so on) building project in
Malaysia. The position is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. 

Responsibilities

• Familiar with draft design and guideline
• Cordination between departments
• Generate design studies, design analysis and propose
  design options where necessary
• Working closely to the clients, consultants and
  sub-contractors on technical matters
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in building
  construction
• Handle the project supervision and documentation

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Building / Mechanical/
  Electrical  / Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in M&E works in
  construction industry
• Knowledgeable in Auto Cad
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Malaysia local contractor experience is preferred
• Good communication skills (verbal and
  written)in Mandarin and English
• An independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
