Based in all MSD
Zonal Stores and sales points, SCMAS will serve as the early warning system of
the Logistics Management Unit (LMU) capable of identifying potential breakdowns
in the logistics system and taking corrective and remedial actions to avoid
service interruptions. In addition, SCMAs will coach and mentor the RHMT, CHMT
and health facility based staff to improve data use, analyze available data and
make decisions to prevent health products build-up or accumulation and
wastage in the distribution network. SCMAs wil
l also coach and mentor health
facility staff on commodity management practices, record keeping, reporting and
ordering which will ensure consistent availability of supplies at the health
facility levels
Remuneration:
