Position: Deputy General Manager/Senior Sales Manager
Job Profile:
• Provide leadership in planning and translating the sales and marketing strategies for growth in line with the company’s strategic plans /performance targets. Analyse and evaluate sales coverage .market size, competitors’ share and product preferences and spearhead products’ development/sales.
• Formulate and execute promotional strategies viz; exhibitions, sales campaigns, etc
• Producing, analyzing and maintaining all operational and strategic cost benefit analysis and documentations as may be required by management.
• Achieving overall sales performance indicators viz; Targets, Collections, Volumes and Profits.
• Establishing and maintaining good customer relations and customer care management systems
• Set up and constantly review sales, credit and collection policy.
• Promote Project/Export sales.
Person Profile
• AGE: Approximately 35yrs, a university graduate and MBA with marketing as a major.
• 10 years and above of related work experience and passion to excel.
• Highly energetic & prepared to travel frequently in and out of country
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• A self starter, good leader, good communicator with sound administrative abilities
• Computer literacy essential
