Credit strategy formulation, implementation and
management, Continuously assess and adjust the Bank’s Credit Strategy according
to market needs and trends, Provide guidance to Corporate and Institutional
Banking and Personal and Business Banking with respect to credit matters,
Manage all aspects of reporting at Credit Division, Oversee the Bank’s
Operations strategy implementation and ensure that operating pro
management, Continuously assess and adjust the Bank’s Credit Strategy according
to market needs and trends, Provide guidance to Corporate and Institutional
Banking and Personal and Business Banking with respect to credit matters,
Manage all aspects of reporting at Credit Division, Oversee the Bank’s

the bank to attain higher levels of operating efficiency, Ensure the Bank has
adequate internal control environment and ensure high level of compliance,
Oversee the formulation of the Bank’s ICT Strategy and implementation thereof,
Contribute to NBS Bank’s leadership with dedication and strong focus on
execution and delivery, Work with managers in the team to achieve excellent
business results through continuous people development and mentoring activities
Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or
Banking. Those with CIB qualification will have an added advantage, At
least 10 yrs experience in credit management at senior level, General
operational management at senior management level
