Council, Botswana Directorate.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma (or its equivalent) in any discipline
Competencies, skills and knowledge
• Spoken
English-ability to deal with complex enquiries
• Customer care-ability to present routine
information clearly and logically
• Team working –ability to deal with peers and
customers in a pleasant but firm manner
• Time management- ability to meet deadlines and
keep to schedules
• Interpersonal skills-ability to effectively
handle large and diverse groups of people as well as to deal with complex and
challenging circumstances
