1. SURVEILLANCE/SECURITY OFFICER
1.1.Job Summary
Protects company assets and the safety of guests and
staff through the surveillance of the hotel, communicates all infractions
through the chain of command. Observes all hotel operations via surveillance
camera including, evaluates all employee activities and reports all suspicious
activities to management and stores events
in surveillance archive.
1.2.Qualifications and Experience
•O’level certificate with a pass in English
•3-5 years experience in security services some of
which should have been at a supervisory level
•Basic computer knowledge is essential
1.3.Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibilities are inclusive but not
limited to the following:
•Supervision of Hotel Security personnel including
contractors
•Monitoring and evaluation of health and Safety
policies
•Establish relationships with emergency support
services within and outside the hotel
• Ensure the safety of Hotel residents and
employees
•Manage all security equipment and ensure
safekeeping of surveillance information
•Monitor compliance training eg fire Marshal, first
aid, Evacuation procedures.
