Summit Liability Solutions is seeking an experienced leader in the role of Senior Reclamation & Remediation Supervisor to work in their Calgary, AB office.

In this pivotal role, you will develop and expand Summit’s existing reclamation & remediation operations including completing and managing field projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing invoicing, and performing template development, analytical reviews, and client liaison.

Specifically, this will involve:
• Completing detailed site assessments, environmental field reports (EFR’s), spill remediation and reclamation certificate applications reviews, job scope/cost estimates and invoicing;
• Working closely with the reclamation management team to train, mentor, and supervise field staff;
• Executing and delivering work in a timely and cost effective manner;
• Reviewing reports and documents for accuracy and appearance before submission to regulators or clients;
• Ensuring profitability of managed projects is maintained and financial targets are met;
• Ensuring all aspects of job scope comply with regulatory requirements;
• Interacting with clients to discuss progress, updates, cost tracking, new work, etc.

Your degree or diploma (science based) is supplemented by knowledge of biology, soil science, agriculture, chemistry, economics/finance, management, relevant government regulations, and oil and gas development protocols. A relevant professional designation would be highly desirable but not required.

Above all, you are a highly organized leader who thrives on using your business knowledge to achieve results and motivate others. Strong writing skills are essential.

In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of $60,000 to $84,000 plus attractive employee bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
