Summary of Key Duties
• Plan and execute social media communications
• Provide support services to networks administered by OHCC, including
membership management and communications
• Undertake evaluation tasks including collecting and entering data,
preparing reports and conducting follow-up interviews
• Assist with volunteer coordination
• Provide back-up technical support for webinars and intake services
as required
• Assist with organizing and staffing OHCC events
• Perform general office functions including mailing, faxing, copying,
filing, managing supplies, responding to inquiries and maintaining the
reception and storage areas
• Perform other tasks related to the purpose of this position from time to time
Skills and Knowledge
• Related work experience
• High level of computer literacy
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to organize work and set priorities
• Ability to work in both English and French will be preferred
