The Institute is also located in Nyanza District, Southern Province. ILPD is more than eight years old, with many hundreds of lawyers, judges and prosecutors have attended its courses. It runs two major postgraduate Diplomas; on Legal practice (DLP) for judges, prosecutors and lawyers, and on Legislative Drafting (DLD) for government lawyers and others responsible for drafting.

TENDER NOTICE SOURCE OF FUNDING: Internal Generated Revenues The Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by its internal generated revenues towards the cost of the following tender: Maintenance of the existing Fire Alarm system. The ILPD qualified bidders to submit bids for the above-mentioned tenders as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of five thousand (5,000) Rwandan francs to the accounts of Rwanda Revenue opened at any commercial bank. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 11:30 am local time. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
