competition for prequalification of contractors on open and equal conditions.
Terms of Reference may be obtained from World Vision Rwanda Head Office located
at Kacyiru from I st October 2018 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a
non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwanda Francs (20,000 Rwf) deposited to
the account #00I008381383970I labeled “WORLD VISION
RWANDA” opened at the “ECOBANK”.

rejected and bidders should sign in the tender register at the main gate.
