client is the international leader in infrastructure ground lease investment.
They purchase ground leases, telecom towers, billboards and alternative energy
infrastructure, providing value, capital and liquidity to owners of these
assets in the process. Due to excellent results over
the last 12 months
my client is now seeking to scale their Sydney operations immediately.
In order to build on this success, they now require an additional Business
Development Manager. They are looking for a passionate person who can excel in
an entrepreneurial environment where you are given the freedom to realise your
potential, with the support required to succeed. Your key responsibilities will
include:
- Contacting
prospects from a comprehensive database in addition to your own leads - Developing,
managing and accurately forecasting your own sales acquisition pipeline - Negotiating
business terms according to corporate guidelines - Managing
your transactions from inception through closing - Exceeding
corporate standards and metrics
successful candidate will ideally have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
experience in a sales organisation. You will be working with a very successful
sales team and would be hard pressed to find a better environment in which to
