Pauline Graham
Scholarships are available for African Women to pursue undergraduate (BSc)
degree programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

The London School of
Economics and Political Science (LSE) is a world-class centre for its
concentration of teaching and research across the full range of the social,
political and economic sciences.

If English is not
first language a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equival

ent is required with all
elements passed at 6.0 or above. Applicants who have previously successfully
completed programmes delivered in English will be exempt from the above
requirement subject to submission of documentation.

Eligibility: The following criteria must
be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

This award is for
a female African
national, domiciled within an African country or the UK; or
a female applicant who is a national of and domiciled in, Iran,
Iraq or Lebanon.

Applicants must have
secured an offer of admission onto a BSc programme at the School.

Nationality: Female African
nationals (Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi,
Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Ivory Coast,
Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana,
Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi,
Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria,
Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles,
Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania,
Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Sahara, Zambia and  Zimbabwe) are eligible
to apply for this scholarship.

Entrance
Requirements: Applicants must have secured an offer of admission onto a BSc
programme at the School.

English language

minimum of one year of full-time study, employment or equivalent is required.
