Responsibilities:
- Identifies
and monitors the organization’s culture so
that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction. - Ensure
and advocate for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. - Lead
recruitment and staffing planning and implementation - Ensure
employee onboarding,
development, needs assessment, and training - Establish
and administer performance management
and improvement systems - Ensure
employment and compliance to government regulations and requirements under
quality management systems - Development, document and communicate policy;
- Ensure
good employee relations, services and counseling - Facilitate
company-wide committee, - Ensure
company employee and community communication - Administer
compensation and benefits - Organize
community service and community oriented events
Job
Requirements:
Requirements:
- Individual
with entrepreneurial spirit - 2
minimum experience in similar role - High
school diploma required bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar
preferred - Knowledge
and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment , employee
relations required; organizational planning, organization development,
safety, employee engagement,
and employee development
preferred - Outstanding
interpersonal relationship building and employee
coaching skills - Experience
in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other
Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes - Excellent
organizational skills - Excellent
computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge
of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
preferred - Excellent
written and spoken communication skills
with all levels of employees - Fluent
in spoken and written English, and Kinyarwanda or French
